Captain Diane Myers

Orange County 99s are a dynamic group of women pilots based in and around John Wayne Airport, Orange County, California. We are the local chapter of The Ninety-Nines, the International Organization of Women Pilots founded by Amelia Earhart in 1929.

Since 1960, O.C. 99s have promoted aviation through educational, scientific and community service and encourage women to fly through individual mentoring and scholarships.

Our members range from future women pilots to Private, Commercial, Corporate and Airline Transport Pilots.  Monthly activities include general meetings open to the public, feature events and fly-ins to other airports.

There is something for everyone in The Ninety-Nines.

Our chapter is honored to have Pat Prentiss, The Ninety-Nines International President, as one of our members!WASP (Women Airforce Service Pilots) Our chapter is honored to have WASP Vi Cowden as one of our members!Orange County Chapter has 58 members.
